Garden College is proud to share that our Year 6 students were recently featured on Behind the News (BTN), where they spoke about the blessed month of Ramadan and its significance in their lives.
This special opportunity allowed our students to share their personal reflections on fasting, prayer, family traditions, and the deeper values of Ramadan, including patience, gratitude, self-discipline, and compassion for others. They spoke with remarkable confidence, sincerity, and maturity, representing both their faith and the College with excellence.
Their participation not only celebrated their own experiences but also helped promote understanding, inclusion, and respect within the wider Australian community. We commend our students for being outstanding ambassadors and for contributing meaningfully to an important national conversation.
