Our Year 6 students had an incredible time visiting Urrbrae Agricultural High School, South Australia’s premier specialist agriculture, horticulture, and Agritech school. Nestled on a vast 35-hectare property, Urrbrae offers a unique educational experience, complete with a working farm featuring a variety of farm and native animals, and an environmentally sustainable wetland area developed in collaboration with the City of Mitcham Council.
This hands-on excursion allowed our students to delve into the fascinating worlds of agriculture and technology, sparking curiosity and fostering a deeper understanding of the environment.
