Alhamdulillah, we have reached the end of Week 6. Our staff & students have worked hard to have the best teaching & learning opportunities. I am very proud of them & look forward to the next few weeks activities & experiences.
I am very thankful to all our parents for supporting us with all our initiatives, for actively engaging with staff via our communication platforms (Class DoJo & Google Classroom) & for upholding the school protocols; giving your child every opportunity to have a successful year In Sha Allah Ameen.

Please ensure that you do not drop your children off before 8:30am. Duty of care lies with you as students will not be supervised prior to this time.
All student should be at school by 9am so they have time to settle in & participate in the morning duahs before our lessons commence.
Afternoon pick up
Our students are dismissed at 3:30pm. Hence, our gates will be only be opened at 3: 20pm.There isn’t a need to arrive prior to this time. We ask that all parents respect the safety of our students by observing the COVID safe & school protocols (stay in your car, wear your mask, do not walk in, follow the pick-up procedures, drive 10kms in the car park, follow the directive of staff, don’t park across the road at Holy Family, don’t park in the bus bays & do not turn right into the school _ blocking traffic). Parents with high school children should keep in mind that the buses only arrive at3:35pm. If you come prior to this time, you inadvertently cause issues in the carpark & congestion in the road. Please be mindful of this as we have a duty to our neighbours & the wider community.
All students should be picked up by 3:40pm. If you are running late due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact the school to advise us of this. Our duty of care does not extend beyond this time.
Afternoon appointments
If your child has an appointment you will need to pick him/her up before 3pm to avoid issues in the carpark. Last minute arrivals/arrangements will not be accommodated.
Students on buses
Please ensure that you advise us by 2:30pmif your child will not be using the bus for the afternoon drop off. We need to inform the drivers so that they can accommodate the change, and account for all students on their Run.
School uniform
The school uniform should be worn with pride as it’s a representation of our school within the community. Please ensure uniforms are clean, correct hijabs, trousers & shoes are worn as per the school policy. Attend to uniform concerns as a
matter of urgency. The sports uniform should only be worn on days when students have PE.
Snacks & Lunches
Healthy food creates a healthy mind. Please refrain from giving your child bags of chips, lollies & drinks.
A good healthy snack & lunch is encouraged as it nourishes them throughout the long school day. Each student should also have a bottle of water with them.
