🌟 Exciting News! 🌟
We’re thrilled to share our students’ outstanding achievements in the South Australian Science Teachers Association Mark Oliphant Awards for the 2nd year running. Our 4 students – Mariam, Dalia, Pyar, and Abdirahman – represented Garden College with excellence.
Despite the competition being fierce across the state, our students rose to the occasion, showing dedication and passion for science and society. Their hard work paid off, and their projects were displayed at the Royal Adelaide Showgrounds, making us proud.
🥈 A special shout-out to Pyar, who won 2nd Prize in the visual poster category, creating an amazing poster promoting ‘Insects for Lunch.’ Pyar had the honor of attending the annual SASTA Mark Oliphant Ceremony, where he mingled with other bright young minds and experienced the power of collaboration and knowledge-sharing in the scientific community.
