Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuhu!
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to remind you that school fee invoices have been emailed, and we kindly ask for your prompt payment. Please check your spam folder as sometimes emails may end up there.
We understand that these are difficult times, and financial situations can vary from family to family. However, timely payment of school fees is crucial for the smooth running of our school and to ensure that our students receive the best possible education. You have the opportunity to avail a 20% discount until Friday 5th May 2023.
Please note that Term 1 fees need to be paid by Thursday 13th April 2023. Thereafter, all families will be placed on fortnightly direct debit payment plans, with the intention to complete the 2023 fees by Friday 8th December 2023. You can collect a direct debit form from the front office. Please note that we will work out the amount that you need to pay (this cannot be determined by you as there may be a shortfall).
If you are experiencing financial difficulties, you need to complete a Hardship form by Monday 3rd April 2023 and provide your Centrelink statement and rental agreement to verify your income. No discounts will be given after this date. You will also be required to go on an immediate fortnightly payment plan.
Parents who make payment via bank transfer, could you please ensure that you inform the front office when you have made a payment. For accuracy of our records, please use your children’s family name as the reference and inform us on 8285 3975 that you have made a payment.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank those parents who have already paid their fees in full. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated and enables us to continue providing quality education to our students.
